There is no intake questionnaire and no discovery call. Tell us what you run and what is bothering you about it, and a person who does the work will answer — not a form response.

The message goes straight to our own mailbox, on our own infrastructure. No third-party form service, no tracking, no cookie — and we do not keep the address for anything but replying to you. If you would rather skip the form, write to hej@chenborg.com directly.

The four things we always end up asking

  1. What does your stack look like today, roughly?
  2. What is the specific thing that is not working — cost, speed, lock-in, staffing, compliance?
  3. Is there a date attached, and is it real?
  4. Who inside the organisation has to be happy with the answer?

Answer whichever are obvious and leave the rest. If we are not the right studio for the work, we will say so in the reply and name someone who is.

Nothing here is designed to trap you in a process. The survey stage is chargeable, self-contained, and yours to keep whether or not you hire us for the rest.

  1. 1 Samtalet The conversation Forty minutes, usually a video call, with the person who would do the work. You leave with an opinion whether or not you hire us.
  2. 2 Förslaget The proposal Two pages: fixed scope, fixed price, and the assumptions written down where you can argue with them. If it is not worth continuing, we say so instead.
  3. 3 Kartläggningen The survey For larger work: two days reading your stack, your invoices and your incident history, producing a written map. Chargeable, and yours to keep.
