What is deliberately absent.
A tooling page is more honest when it says what it excludes. We do not build on platforms that cannot be self-hosted, licences that meter users, or managed services with no open-source equivalent to fall back to. That rules out a great deal of otherwise decent software.
It also rules out fashion. We have watched enough frameworks arrive with a conference talk and leave with a deprecation notice to be suspicious of anything that has not survived a decade.
